Are returns always accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. As we will soon be closing our workshop permanently, we would ask you to please contact our customer service team before sending a return, so that we can guide you through the process.

Will you be restocking after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years of passion for stained glass, Margaret is closing his workshop for good in 2026. Once stock has run out, each piece will become a unique creation that cannot be found anywhere else.

Can I still track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can track your parcel’s journey (please also check your spam folder). You can also check the tracking status at any time by entering your order number and email address on our ‘Track your order’ page.
