Every morning, I would open this shop with the same question in mind: does this item really deserve a place in your wardrobe? No compromises. No fleeting trends. Just carefully selected clothes that you can wear for a long time and with pleasure. That’s all I’ve ever wanted to do — for 30 years.

They came without being asked.

When my daughters heard I was closing down, they packed their things and turned up the very next morning. Without a moment’s hesitation. They didn’t know much about running a business — but they knew their mum. Together, we’ve spent the last few weeks preparing every item with the same care as on the very first day. These clothes you see here are, in a way, a little bit of them too.
